Suicide Prevention Poster

This is my finished suicide prevention poster. When we got this assignment to create a suicide prevention poster I was confuse and did not know what to include in my poster in order to let people understand the concept and the message it had to create. I also did not want to create a typical poster that had a sad person taking away his life. That's when i decided to add a different type of object that could also bring out the same message. So i decided to include flowers but one in particular in the middle that was different than the others. I made the middle flower different than the others because I wanted it to look dead and to be notice different than the others, by this I wanted the message to be that even though this flowers is different than the others is still can be change because it is not alone there are other flowers surrounding it, and this is a really help full picture because it brings a good message without people killing themselves.            

  

Illustrator Tutorial (coffee Art)

This is my Tutorial I did on Adobe illustrator. The one to the left is the original and the one to the right is my attempt. I really enjoy doing this tutorial because it was well explain. I liked the colors of this tutorial and my final results.

Game On (video Reflection)

It was really interesting to see the Game on documentary and learn about the history of video games. Especially because i never thought videos games were that important in life to even have a history, but i was wrong because video games actually are really important in the business industry. That anyone can play them and not only a  certain type of gender. Both Female and male nation wide like to play video games and I only thought it was a boy thing. I was really impressed to learn about people that have the creativity and mind to invent video games.

Suicide Prevention Proposal

After listening the presentation of suicide prevention that we were given yesterday i was surprise by the facts of how many people specially children of the ages from 10 to 23 were the main victims, and that 1 out of 5 of them think about committing suicide. So our next project after gaining knowledge of the topic was to create a poster that gives a message of awareness to the public about this topic that really no one talks about, Putting more positive thing than negatives and excluding the word "suicide".

I found this flash video game tutorial that i decide to create. Is called  Space shooter, it is well explain and i think it would be a good start specially because is going to be my first time attempting to creating and finishing it.  I hope it turns out as it suppose to.

How to Create a Glamorous Portrait Using Adobe Illustrator

I'm choosing to create this picture with my own self because of how realistic it looks but also in a way playful. I have created one self portrait before but was not able to keep. Thats why I'm deciding to create another one but  that is not completely the same more play full.
